Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and towns within Pakistan.

Delivery Timeframes

• Karachi: 2–3 business days

• Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 3–5 business days

• Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: PKR 300 flat rate for orders below PKR 3,000

• Free Shipping: For orders above PKR 3,000

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide (up to PKR 15,000 order value)

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will notify you via email. You may request a reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
