At Essentials Mart Karachi, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You may be eligible for a refund if:
Your refund request is submitted within 48 hours of receiving the item.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You received the wrong item, or the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages)
Customized or made-to-order items
Digital products or downloadable content
Items purchased on clearance or marked “Final Sale”

Your order number
A brief reason for the refund request
Photos (in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive instructions for the return (if required). Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was sent in error or is defective.
We recommend using a trackable courier service.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If an item is defective, please follow the refund process and reorder the correct product separately.
