Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You received the wrong item, or the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages)

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Items purchased on clearance or marked “Final Sale”

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at essential.mart12@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for the refund request

  • Photos (in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive instructions for the return (if required). Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was sent in error or is defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If an item is defective, please follow the refund process and reorder the correct product separately.
