At Essentials Mart Karachi, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange it, please review our policy below.

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

  • The item was delivered in damaged or defective condition.

  • You received the wrong item or size.

  • The exchange request is submitted within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Conditions for Exchange

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must include all tags, labels, and accessories (if any).

  • Certain items such as perishables, personal care products, and clearance items are non-exchangeable.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, email us at essential.mart12@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for exchange

  • Photos of the item (in case of damage or incorrect delivery)

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and shipping the replacement.

Exchange Processing

  • Replacement will be shipped once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days after item verification.

  • In case the desired item is out of stock, you may choose another item of equal value or request a refund (as per our refund policy).

Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the shipping charges.

  • If the exchange is requested for any other reason (e.g., size change), the customer will bear the return and re-shipping costs.
